Don't put pepper on your steak before you grill it. Only salt it generously with kosher salt. The black pepper burns, leaving behind a bitter taste. Pepper your steak as it rest. Make sure to rest your steak for at least 3-5 min. before serving to allow for the juices to flow back to where they belong.

Drink big, and eat well!! :bait:

Only turn a steak 1 time.
Call BS? Turn yours once, and turn your wife's 4 times. Then taste test the moistness of each.

My wife always tastes moister after 4 turns than one.

+1

Preheat the grill to 400 degrees and put the steaks on.  It will hardened the underside and locks juice inside the steaks.  Turn it only once 5 or 6 minutes after, and keep it on high heat for another 5 minutes before to turn heat down to 300-350 degrees for 4-5 minutes.

Better than those overcooked no juice steaks from steakhouses.

Getting a big green egg!
Anyone have one? Experience with them?
Delicious food from them...friend has one.
Looking forward to steaks on it!
Will try the salt...

Do you wear your crocks while grilling or do you where your 6 inch pumps to see the grill better?  :nana:
