Sounds like a raffle, but it's not a raffle?!?! He's willing to publicly defraud uncle sam of state raffle laws to shill for a motorcycle?
If anyone is seriously considering donating $20 - please instead direct your funds towards this site, or towards one of several troop supporters who send cigars and care packages to troops overseas.
