Guys thank you for the comments! Appreciate it. The house isnt a 100% done deal yet. They accepted our offer but its contingent on the sale of my current house. They accepted our offer yesterday so I made a few calls to get the process of selling my house rolling. Brand new carpet installed in half the house this morning. Decluttering every room, painted the metal deck railing off the master suite, deep cleaned 80% of the house, etc. It will be ready to show this Monday night so we are doing our best. Worst case scenario is we bridge loan for a month or two while we wait to sell the current place. I dont think we will struggle though because my current place is in one of the trendier neighborhoods.

Fingers crossed we get it sold quickly though  :bigup:

Michael is one of the best BOTLs here at OLH! I've done numerous transaction with him with the most recieved one I recieved my package before payment was even sent!! Would def recommend as his service and cigars are top notch!
