The Seahawks are NFC?
Taken that I have not watched a pro football game since the Pats-Packers Superbowl, but I thought I at least new basically who was in which conference (well other than the Jags and the Panthers). Has Seattle always been NFC or did they get swapped over in a realignment at some point?

I actually do watch football and up until recently forgot they even existed. Recently being before the start of the season. They're kinda like the San Diego Padres of football. No offense to any Padre fans.

Seattle was an AFC team until 2002.
SF got ripped in that game by the refs.

Richard Sherman made me a Peyton Manning fan. Being a Raider fan, it's difficult for me to root for the team that represents the city in Colorado. ;D

Re: The Seahawks are NFC?
At some point I've almost completely lost interest in pro spots other than cycling. I do try to record the spring classics and the TdF thought I'm really losing interest in the TdF because the stages have gotten predictable and the big dogs never really seem to attack, they try to pic up a bit in the TTs and maybe a little here and there on a climb but often once the top 3 are established they seem content with a podium and just follow his wheel.
The point of this is that I was sitting in an airport last yr, the one time I'm kind of forced to watch TV, and a score came up for what was obviously a basketball game but one of the teams was the Thunder. I looked at the guy next to me at the bar and asked, who is the Thunder, and where do they play? Is that the NBA or some international league?

Thunder is the team from OKC. It's the NBA. The did an expansion sometime back and picked up teams I think

Oh the irony....It's actually the former Seattle Supersonics sold and transported to Oklahoma City. Sold by well.....the coffee mogul Howard Shultz. Wade, I think you are being drawn to Seattle sports. :)
Be sure and make deposits in all areas of your life, because at some point you will need to make a withdraw. No deposits are more important than those made in relationships.

The Miami Dolphins last playoff win was against the Seahawks in the late 90's when they were in the AFC. John
