Sold this guy a sampler back in the end of September. The tracking shows that the package delivered and I was unaware of any issues until I get dinged with a chargeback through p pal a week ago. P pal has taken his payment and another $20 on top of that from my balance. I forwarded all the tracking info to them and it's currently in dispute with his credit card company.
I just wanted to warn everyone of this douche bag. I have tried to contact him about the chargeback but he is hiding behind his CC company. Not a peep out of him... Do not sell him anything. He will take your cigars and try to take your money as well.
Frankly I think he should be banned. Haven't had any problems that hasn't been resolved on this forum until now. Pisses me off :finger:

chargebacks are really shitty. It's always the merchant with the burden of indisputable proof.

Can the buyer file chargeback for money sent as family/friends, or for payment only?

The charge back comes from the credit card company, not from p pal. So regardless if its f&f or with fees, p pal will make sure they take your funds while its in dispute, even if the charge back is bogus.
