Grilling

I am cooking some Fijats today, and have planned for hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken and steaks for the Family this weekend. Who else is firing up the grills? I think I would starve without my grill. Food just tastes so much better cooked over open flame.

Even better when that open flame is from a pile of mesquite.
I'll be grilling at the river this weekend, fresh Gulf shrimp, steaks, chicken, fajitas...life is tough. :)

Grilled a couple of NY strips and some sausage last evening while smoking a AF cuban belicoso sg and drinking a corona.

Half of our summer meals and 10% of our winter meals are made on the outdoor grill. Steaks last Saturday, pulled pork in the smokerSaturday night, and burgers tonight.
