Based on the post, this is Jay from CCW.  Possible it is one in the same, but I am not sure.

Guys, I took a quick scan of the scumbag list and didn't see this guy on there... unless I missed it.  Maybe there are other SB lists from places other than here and CF that are kept elsewhere too ?

$300 for a Dunhill Cabinetta ??  That seems too good to be true for a rarity like those...I haven't seen them for less than $450 in a long time.

Not a big deal to me, I don't know this guy and none of his stuff is on my radar, especially from an unknown source....so thanks for putting up a post for the masses to see.

Yes this has nothing to do with the thread other than to use it as an example of why I want to learn. The most expensive box I ever bought was a ten count of 1966 Cohibas which I am waiting for and I had to ask a FOG to verify the vendor.

I dont want to dirty this guys name anymore than I already have because he may be legit...I could swear that he went by a few names at CA and had some sour deals...jaybarbour sounds like it might be the guy...maybe one and the same?

Can the OP clarify why a buyer should stay away from Jay Hemingway?  It's easy to cast your personal feelings on someone, but that doesn't mean he isn't selling legit items.
