Hi all.
Got in an order of some of John's custom rolls today. Being the impatient SOB that I am, I had to put fire to one right away...after all, they were not getting any more fresh. I chose the Canonazo based on some pm's exchanged with John where he mentioned this being a strong cigar, strong was just what I was looking for as I got ready to plow into the weekend.
I thought I'd post up a little review for you guys.
Now one thing you have to understand about me is that when I smoke cigars I'm in the moment, I don't take notes and I don't spend time analyzing a cigar to death...I simply enjoy the experience. I've found that when I try to analyze a cigar and really pick it apart, I focus so hard on that and forget to enjoy the damn thing.
Now that I have the explanation out of the way, and you can understand my perspective, here's the review.
This was a fuckin' good cigar.
Thanks for reading...happy Easter to all. :bait:

Ya I ordered some Robusto extra some weeks ago because of a review I read here and they are very good cigars too. Smoked most of them already. Will have to give these a try now too.

Re: Johnny-O! Canonazo
I have smoked about 6 of the bundle I recently bought, and 3 others that I got from j0z3r... and WOW. I am extremely impressed with all of Johnny-O's cigars, but the Canonazo is my personal favorite. I love the sweetness and slight saltiness of the wrapper. The smoke is so oily and thick, it is amazing. These cigars feel familiar, yet remain unique. There is a nice earthiness to them, and a solid body. There is also the underlying flavor that I cannot distinctly pinpoint, but can describe only as delicious. These cigars will be in my rotation from now on. I can't wait till I have some with a few years on em...

 Hello all, just wanted to post up for the first time. I just received a variety of Johnny-O's customs and man o man did they get here fast and they all look amazing!. Mr. Todd, thank you for hooking me up with a very delicious treat, the short piramid. Now I'm hooked. Sat back and enjoyed that one for about 2 hours and wow, what a great cigar. Haven't enjoyed one like that in a long long time. What's next? Time to grow the inventory and put a little time on some for the ultimate in flavors. I'm seeing most of you who have experienced these gems are in the same boat. Happy Monday night!
