Okay this may just be the inner nerd in me coming out but I like to keep a gernal of the cigars I have smoked so I cna keep up with what I have tried and liked and what was not so good. Does anyone else do this or am I really just way to anal about things?  ???

I've seen them at local book stores as well if you have time to search one out.

I have the Cigar Dossier. My wife got it for me several years ago. It is a nice way to keep track of things. My comments have ranged from a phase like "good cigar, get more" to my more involved reviews. It is also nice because I enjoy keeping the bands.

Never did get into doing a journal, but do occaisionally write on the back of bands some info as to what cigar and event if special.

i always say that i am going to start writind down what i liked and didn't like about a cigar, but never do.  Plus with the software out thier now, there is stuff specifically for cigars.  Maybe one of these days.  I think it would be funny to go back 3 years and see what i liked about ghurkas

I just started using Cigartrakker. I wanted to start keeping track of the new cigars I try, especially those that are given to me.

It's not a bad program, but it is limited on what data you can enter. I can list the cigars and and such, but not blended fillers, flavors, etc...

How cool would it be to look back on a persons dossier from the 50, 60 or 70's? And with bands! I think it will be cool to look back on my dossier decades from now and really reflect on the cigar/life journeys I'm going through now.

I'm into my fourth page of my dossier and really enjoy the project. Seems to make me focus more on the cigar I'm smoking and earmarks events at the same time.

I did when I first started being serious about smoking. Shops have alot of crap on the shelves. Then I got bit by a certain bug that has narrowed my venue to pretty much one island.
