Scumbag Starbuck

OK, and FYI i tried to resolve this for over a month via PM and email. No luck so here it goes. Starbuck lists "Siglo VI Jar" for $500. I think it's a good deal. I'm figuring Siglo VIs go for around $425 and the jar is worth about $75. I pay him via PP and the jar gets shipped. It arrives and it's empty. I figure the cigars were being shipped seperatly so i contact Starbuck to find out that he was selling an EMPTY jar for $500. I told him there is no way i would pay that for an empty and we agreed we'd not had a mutual meeting of the minds and that i would return it and he would refund me. I packed the jar up exactly the way he sent it to me and sent it back. A few days later i get a PM asking if i insured the jar ( no mention that it is damaged, broken, etc...). I respond that i did not and what is wrong.
Days later he PMs me that the jar was damaged and that he was going to pursue it with USPS. No pictures of the "damage" sent to me. Two weeks go by and i finally hear from him that USPS said there was nothing they could do. So i again ask for photos-nothing. Another week goes by-nothing.
Finally i email him and tell him 8 have purchased another jar and will be sending it back to him. He responds don't bother because i only agreed to accept "my" jar back, not a different one. I send the jar back anyway and hope that this guy isn't the scum that he seems to be. Jar is delivered on 10/27 and i hear nothing. I email him yesterday and he ignores me. I email him today and he respons telling me to pound salt- he is returning my jar that i bought along with the "broken" one ( for all i know he broke it himself since it was packaged identically as the one he sent me).
Here this guy is stiffing me on a $500 mutual mistake. I have no way of ascertaining whether the original jar was broken but either way i replaced it. I am out the $500 to this scumbag as well as the amount for the additional jar.
In thirteen years of buying, selling and trading cigars i have never had this happen. This guy has been ripping people off for years-selling BHKs at 100% profit and now stealing $500 from me. He belongs on the list. I have all the PMs and emails to back this up. He is slime!!!!
