I would probably buy less, as demand would increase price in my opinion.

Excellent question.  I'd probably buy less and just smoke the stock I have initially until the initial boom subsided some.  When things evend out the QC improved again, I'd probably go back to my normal buying habits.

I'd probably buy more, but ONLY if the quality improved.  90% of the bad sticks I have have been cuban and they are not lanceros either; lots of robustos and coronas.

Plus, there are a lot more really good domesticly available cigars now then there was just 5 years ago.  I doubt that cubans would win a battle of the cigars if your choose 10 best of each cuban and domestic.

There would be a re-boom, and quality would go to hell like it did in '97, the already washed out uniqueness of the various marques would be greater.  Hope you have a good relationship with a vendor with aged stock or your own 3 yr supply.

I think till the newness wore off there will be alot of high priced garbage and probably much more fake cigars popping up all over again. I'm trying to get a supply in now, I don't think the embargo will last much longer.

OR I'm totally wrong, not the first or the last time.

I would buy less.  because prices would be in the States what they are in the Bahamas are now.

I went into a shop in Nassau, looked at the prices laughed at the guy and said "I will wait till I get home I can get them cheaper in the states."

I would buy less for aging and buy single out of the stores, that is if they sell them in the local shops. Once I smoke down my big box, I may just cut back to a single humidor.............Like that would happen. LOL
