Years ago I sent a package from the Bahamas to Japan and it took over a month. Plain old freezer Ziplocks saved them as they were smokeable ROTT. No cracks, splits on 100 cigars. The cigars are the sellers responsibility while in transit. The PO is likely to give you schpit on any claim. Let the seller know this is not acceptable trade policy, and try to settle this again. If it doesn't work out, smoke them and move on. But make sure you leave a comment if it doesn't get settled. John

Must have been in the days before all your "Cuban" cigars were getting rolled in Mexico, eh John?

Best custom cigars I ever had were rolled by Carlos Fernandez.  In Mexico.

I'm just reading this today and glad I did. I would've never bought from this guy to begin with (flipping $165 JL2s for $265), but he wouldn't even bother to package properly or refund three cigars? Glad this is out so he could stop gouging BOTLs, hopefully.

Wow good to hear someone else remembers those.

Great cigars. Completely different from any cigar I have ever had. Like they were aged in space or something lol.

I remember the one he called the sweet the best.

I havent read entire thread but just refund the money and move on.

I sent some cigars (about $150 worth), USPS delivered to another house with a similar address, but I had correct address.  It got delivered to wrong house as I said.  The buyer even drove to the house and asked if the box got delivered there.... the owner at the wrong house was acting weird but denied getting it.  (sure he enjoyed them)

Regardless, after he told me he went to the house....even though I did everything right, I gave him his $150 back.

SIMPLE.  I ate it.  And had no problem doing it.
