I had dealings with Paulie a while back through his yahoo email which was listed on his OLH profile until around a week and a half ago. It suddenly changed to a gmail which the guy probably made up. He also had dealings through Chase quick pay with people which now he said he didn't have. All red flags.

You are correct, no refund from PP...I had a lengthy conversation with them as well. Don't give up just yet. There is another option I will share with those hosed via PM if/when appropriate. Realize this is cryptic, butttttt

I disputed through my bank stating the charges were fraudulent. We will see how that goes.
