Typical horseshit noober upcharge on these famous sticks, but seems like they've got some in stock.
I just find it interesting that this counterfeiting has been going on for what seems like 5 or so years by the record left on various forums. And it's super interesting that just as it started getting out, CBid stopped carrying fuentes as a whole.

I would assume that their account was pulled for selling fakes. I wasnt around the online cigar world 5 years ago so idk.
sad to see anyone scammed out of this kind of money. I hope everyone is made whole and the scammer gets what is coming to them.

All this crookedry and drama nauseates me. To think anyone would skirt their responsibility of refunding money on product they know to be fake. If this was my site, I would be beyond pissed these transactions took place here.

This thread is not about the Fuentes cbid cigatsdirect etc this is about a member robbing many here. Not about Aidan and Travis love affair. This is about Ian Ross stealing thousands of dollars from my long time friend Nick. He was promised first 2k a month or so ago and still nothing. Nick I say you fill out the form I sent and call legal counsel. 6+ is not small claims to my knowledge. I know for sure it is mail fraud. And Ian knew these were fake. Hell opus robos go here for 15 bucks all day a forbidden for 20? And he thought they were real? Obviously Cleopatra wasn't the only queen of denile!

Nick, how did you pay him?

Yes, I believe that's correct and why I asked. Wire fraud is a very serious crime. Fortunately this is with NC's, so I think all avenues to pursue this are open.

Counterfeiting expensive items is big business. Dooney and Bourke is one example of many who suffered irreparable harm from excessive counterfeiting and their lack of asserting their brands. I don't see AF doing that. They will aggressively pursue every avenue to halt this illegal activity and see to it that all who are involved are punished. But, on the other hand, when you have insanely expensive, overpriced merchandise, it will always attract those who wish to capitalize on it.

A guy claims to of told Ian 2 months ago they are fake..and h still continuded to sell them.. I sent the screen shot to Ian and he said that guy doesnt know what he is talking about..that those cigars are before the Fake Opus ones...
Honestly i think those 2 guys are working together and fucked ever one..
Guy said he bought $250 dollars worth...Asked for his money back..Ian blocked him.. So if he isnt going to pay $250 dollars back why would he pay anyone back.

Ian is a savvy businessman. We shall see if he makes good or not. I hope he makes good. This whole mess is starting to work my nerves. But if he don't refund me my money, this will continue. Stay tuned, who knows what will happen?
