Got the goods for $180.
I'll preface this by saying I've never been screwed on CF or this site before and after dealing with some great BOTL on OH over the past year or two I got careless and stopped reviewing TC's before I responded to this offer. I was pretty nervous about losing my $$ after seeing his TC's and this thread AFTER paying for the product.
HOWEVER:
He shipped the product very quickly and I received it today in good order. He also communicated very well through the short process.
The only complaints I have are that the Cohiba is of suspect pedigree and the packaging was just asking for bad results. Packing was of newspapers rolled and taped around the 17 cigars. BUT having said that I wasn't buying it for the Cohiba anyway and even though the packaging sucked the cigars weren't harmed. Maybe a little dry, but they'll smoke fine.
So to sum up my experience 'playing with fire' I wouldn't have responded to his offer if I had read the TC's first (as I should have), but don't regret doing so at this point. I understand if some people have been screwed by him, but I can't file a major complaint due to decent results (other than maybe a fake Cohiba).

Let me be clear, there was only one CC in the bunch, the Cohiba Reserva, everything else was legit. Unless someone's out there doing a really good job of faking Padron's and Tat's. Both of which I'm very familiar with.
I didn't have much interest in the Cohiba to begin with so it's not a major disappointment for me. I would be irate about the packaging if the cigars were damaged, but they weren't.
I'll try to post a picture of the Cohiba when I get home. The band doesn't look legit, the little white boxes are a little off. I don't really smoke Cohiba's so I could be wrong.
I'm not vouching for this guy and there's no good excuse for me not reading TC's beforehand, but with the exception of the likely fake the results of the trade were positive. If I had bought a box of Cohiba's that ended up being fake I'd be pissed, instead I'm just disappointed about 1 cigar out of 17 so its not a huge deal to me.
Would I trade with him again? No, not knowing what I do now. But the overall results panned out so I can't lie about the experience.
