He should not have to be pushed to do the right thing.

WHAT?!?  You are using FB group admins to push him on an issue that arose at another cigar board?  Thats like the #1 rule in cigar etiquette 101 class--don't drag shit across multiple boards.  How are people going to know there is a problem here, when you resolve it in the FB groups?  You really need to leave feedback HERE, and if the problem gets resolved, you can always change the feedback.

Until you leave honest feedback, people who don't visit the BZ or read this entire thread, won't know what a douchecanoe VRAT is when it comes to problems with purchases from him.  By now, for myself personally, I would have trashed him with an honest feedback, and would have moved on, knowing he isn't going to fix the issue...if he was actually going to do something by now, he would still be communcating here in this thread or with you, or you would already be whole, not in limbo hoping he fixes things.  Its 3 cigars, leave feedback and move on.... AND do not do business with him again.

ill post the feedback now.

It was more so my thought that since I found him there he wouldn't want to get kicked and potentially give me my money back which is the hopeful solution

I also figured posting the feedback would be the nail in the coffin, and all I said was "Jason please pm me so we can work this out"

an admin reached out to me to try and see if he could push him to do the right thing, and then I would leave feedback after, but since its been requested so much ill just post it now.

I was going to eventually do it, but I figured once I do its a complete dead end VS me having any instance of a chance to get my $ back. even if it was a small chance a chance is a chance VS a dead end.

Would there be anything else that happens after I leave the feedback here? Would he be kicked out at all? I hope thats a possibility., but it seems like it wouldnt be so thats why I went that route

a FB admin, maybe my actions were not appropiate but I didn't initially think of it as being as issue, but more so a way for him to bend to give my my $ back.

to be clear again on Facebook in a cigar group I said "Jason Please PM me so we can work this out" and I tagged him.

after admin in FB reached out in to me in a PM on FB and I explained that it started here in OLHD, and he wanted to see if he can push him to do the right thing, and asked that I give him some time to try.

So I though ill hold back on leaving feedback so that he might still give me some of my money back.

becuase once I tarnish his perfect score on here it would more push him got continue to do nothing
