I am actually very surprised that people were refunded.  Probably out of fear of repercussions.

I can hardly believe I got my money back. It was just a shot in the dark, but he said, "no problem, sir. As you wish." What a freaky episode this has been... Really odd in several ways.

I might add this, when you are dealing with a newbie such as TL was... don't hype the dude. You should comment we did this, we did that. And thats it. Not...."HES DA MAN". Youre just helping others get burned. Check out his trader comments after this guy had been only trading for a few months. Moki needs to open a Newbie School. John

Whats awesome is how people are chiming in now like they are experts and have all this "great" advice. Where was everyone before. John this is not directly at you but this another great example of hindsight always being 20/20. Folks like Andrew and Dallas handled this as actual caring people and then you have people like FG who just turn people away. Just like in business people come in afterwards and now they are experts but where were they before?

I find it hilarious that people chime up and say how they saw everything coming and they knew this and knew that. BLAH BLAH  :smiley-cool:

But once again thanks to all that helped bring this to light. Then to the rest who know everything I hope you enjoy your Mensa time. And this banana :nana: is for them.

sam a announced on 1/17/2011 that be thoght the cigars he got from TL were fakes. I do not know this man but he was dead nuts on. Wonder why very many people never questioned his doubts?

  Funny, I noticed this too, after the fact.  And I looked for negative feedback posted to TL's profile once he was suitably called out.  Keep in mind that you can go back and edit your feedback posted for someone, at any time.  I would be willing to bet that is exactly what happened.

Trevor....the problem is I only have suspicions, no resources for fact finding missions like Moki. I suppose I should just blast off on everyone from now on every time I get that feeling instead of waiting for the facts to come in. John

I dont think you should thus I said why this was not directly at you. Just used your post as an example of what some people here have done. You did not come flinging mud and acting like an ass thus why I said this is not in reference to you. I did not see sam a's post. But once again no matter what hindsight is always 20/20.
