Generally, it usually is never worth the effort as some folks only wish to spread hatred and cause problems.  I too have a special needs daughter and certainly don't appreciate the rude references.

I have personally benefitted from both Mike's generosity and his knowledge of cigars and the people that enjoy them.  I attempted to purchase a few Monti #2s a while back and when Mike noted that I was a service member he sent them to me free of charge.  People seeking to profiteer don't generally give away things.  I have made a couple more purchases from Mike and always have gotten great sticks at fair prices.

I recently purchased and received a very nice Cohiba jar that Mike was selling for a friend.  No way do I send that kind of money to someone I dont know/haven't dealt with before, or who doesn't have trader comments posted here.  However, when Mike said he vouched for the guy, I had no worries.  Anyway jar with sticks has arrived and in perfect condition.

I wonder what haters would do if people really did ignore them once they showed their colors?
