Family Guy...since randomhero is so clueless I will let you know. The Drac cigar (part of the Tat Monster series) was sold in boxes that had a very strong smell and taste from the varnish (inside of box) used. It was recommended by the brand owner to remove the cigars from the box and let the box air out until the varnish smell was no longer there.
Still waiting to have someone prove me wrong. All that has happened is personal attacks on me. I am a big boy, I can take it.
Oh, and by the way has Cozy told you that he is the only man on earth that knows about cigars. He also has a crystal ball that tells him my finances. Since he is a know it all please ask him any questions you may have....lol.

I didn't mention anything about your finances. I simply stated you like HTF Opus, so if your wallet can afford them, smoke them. You call me a know it all and idiot because I agreed with a statement earlier.

Is there any dispute that the varnish incident with the dracs happened (and the response)? I thought that was pretty common knowledge at this point

No...I called you an idiot because you did agree with that statement you mention. And then you..being the greatest cigar man on earth said...I flush the CC's he likes.
And did you not mention the wallet thing... Oh and by the way I would flush those Padilla cigars you spent your money on.
Still waiting to be proven wrong. Keep it coming.

Thanks for clearing that up. I also thank you for the banter..because to me that is all it is. When I made those statements about that brand that is how I felt then and still feel now. I only started calling people names after I was called names and attacked for my beliefs. I am glad people like them..great for them. I was just making light of all the drama from that brand. And all this banter has done nothing but prove me right. I did not mean at all to personalize any of this until I felt I had to. I thank all and wish all well who have keep me amused with this banter.
BTW...still waiting for someone to prove me wrong..sorry I had to say it.
Why..because it is the Battle Zone.
Peace to all.

So wtf did you think I meant by "wet box?" The varnish wasn't dry. So wtf was the varnish then? Wet, damp...? You tell me the term to use and I will use it. I'm the one who brought up the Drac thing since you decided to dance around the topic instead of just saying it.
And I will agree with you, that was a F up. In fact, I didn't even think about getting a Face dress box this year. In fact, I bought 2 singles to try first before I bought a regular box of 10. I want the cigars, not the box.
So, what are you looking to bre proved wrong on? The Ducati thing and the Drac box thing happened. Real events. You take them pretty personally, so I don't know what to tell you. You take them one way, I take them another.
Going back to my first post in here, I am talking about the cigars themselves. If you think the cigars are shit, then you think they are shit. I don't know how you can prove yourself right or prove others wrong. Taste is taste.
What do you smoke? People throwing Opus at you... I like Opus. Good sticks. I don't chase the HTF Opus, but like the Robustos and a couple others you can get at decent prices.

Count me among the clueless. The part missing from my post was, "What is meant by varnished cigars", so you are you are now just a troll and a bully. And also, eeeeeeew.

Once again the DRAMA rolls on. That was what this was about. The Ducati was never personal with me, I was just stating a fact. It is so funny that people have such a big problem with me not liking this brand. I love your passion tho. Keep it coming. I tried to let it go but it just keeps coming back and is now for sure a big DRAMA cigar. Keep me amused with all your attempts to prove me wrong on anything that I have written. Or just let it go. I will be waiting.
