This is the only place you can post the truth. The negative feedback was removed from Cigar Asylum at the request of x man. I told them I thought that was wrong as it was even admitted to and no doubt remains as to what happened.

I just posted this at cigar family and I am starting to get pissed all over again I am tired of being blamed  and saying I said thing I did not say, Knock it off and Art and stop the F**king lies.

I am smelvis and as stated at OLH I sent the sale thread and links to the guy Art was buying from feedback from two sites. I said I did not know him and that's all I did know. He did have 100% just nothing recent.

Art lied in saying I didn't. I sent insight this info showing I provided Art all I had. I do not forgive Art for lying to and bullying me into feeling sorry for him. I simply have most of my money back. I am a softy and was an idiot for sending him the check, he said he would not cash it and when I said bullshit It's your fault he raced to the bank and cashed it. I only got it back by the graces of my bank reversing it, I am positive I would have never seen a nickle of it otherwise.

I will not deal with Art again ever and will never recommend him to anyone who asks.

Art succeeded in having the negative feedback removed from CA against my wishes, and tried to do the same at Puff. I did say to Art to not send the $29 because frankly I want nothing more to do with him. His ethics do not match up with mine.

I am not over it, I do however see nothing further can be gained from going on the bank got me my money back. Nothing else for me to do, except counter the stuff he keeps saying that I proved was a lie to insight.

My problem is that it took him way to long to apologize and even admit he was wrong and here I see him after he admitted he was wrong spouting the same stuff that he said at OLH afterwords.

Yes the thread is a cluster Mess and bizarre, but it is the truth! It has been proven to be the truth and Art admitted to being wrong!

I am a recent member and only heard of this thread tonight so I see it's the same old story with Art, he simply can't admit it happened even though he did, explain that.

I also bought a lot of stuff from him before and though he said it was at his cost, I know it was not most of the time, but like others have said it's hard to find sometimes and a buck a stick profit was still fair to me as I would have to pay more elsewhere.

Do I wish this had never happened, Of Course and you can bet I will never do it again. I am not one to vote as I am new here as far as what you guy's decide, I am just here to counter the stuff he is telling you that is simply not true and I have all the original pm's to prove it, as I said I sent some to insight already.

My only continuing problem is he is still blaming me for the sale, and trust me I have re read every damn pm we ever had and I never once recommended this guy who he sent cash to, and I repeat I sent this proof to insight. That is what I still have a problem with it is basically saying I lied and I do not appreciate that one little bit!

This whole thing is as weak as circus lemonade. I feel entitled to my comments since I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out this clusterfuck.

1) Avi is a dumbass for sending cash, if he actually did.

2) Avi has been turning cigars for at least the last two years. He says he is broke, yet he is turning inventory like a B & M. If it is true, and he is selling for profit and drop shipping from a vendor, he is a scumbag of epic proportion.

3) If Avi is broke, what the hell is doing buying cigars? I am not judging anyone for being broke, hell I would have to get a large infusion of cash to get up to broke. What the is the difference between losing the cash in a deal gone bad and a box of expensive cigars sitting in a humidor? The money is spent. Personally, I just think he is a cheap and greedy bastard. Maybe he was going to turn them for a profit.

3) For Avi to expect smelvis to share in his loss is bullshit. Looks like just a cheap and greedy bastard looking to blame someone else for his fuck up.

4) Smelvis, I don't know you from Adam, but, what the hell did you send a guy a check for and then no matter what he says, get upset when he tries to hammer it? By putting a stop pay on it, IMHO you went back on your word. Sure, Avi appears to be dirtbag but you are better than that.

5) IMO, both you guys were WEAK on this one.

Agree with that assesment.  Regardless, x-man is going on the list for the check cashing incident.

I am assuming this has been voted on by the secret commission and all information has been processed by them accordingly.

I am blown away that X man cashed that check!! Avi why did you do that? More than that why do you act as if it was not wrong? This guy did not owe you a dime and for you think he did is mind boggling. Sorry Avi, but you screwed the pooch on this deal.

Any suggestions on how Xman can make this right even if he still goes on the list? I still believe someone should be able to make amends and endure himself in some way even if he remains on the list. Man Avi you did yourself pretty hard with no lube on this deal :(.

Also do you really drop ship items from Holt's for profit? If you do and make even 10 cents that is not brotherhood.

For the record I have done several deals with Avi and have been happy everytime, so that is why I wanted to voice my disgust with this cluterfuck!!

Thanks, To answer yes I was an idiot for writing the check but at first it was like he was kinda a friend and would make it right in the end, That is the best way I can describe why I did it, He didn't and here we are. sorry about that not much else I could do or say.

I deleted CF from my bookmarks never want to go back there and answer the obscene remarks on some want to be tough guy's. I don't like pretend tough people they are never tough in real life.

Other than that I am my own worst enemy in these deals because I still feel sorry for people!!

I Thank insight for figuring out what to do in this big mess, I Thank the OLH for having the only place I know of to tell these soap opera stories. I will donate another $50 to him tonight that will bring me up to 100 and that is half of the check. So that's all I can say and I am sure I have said enough. Thanks to those who looked at this as it is and not siding with anyone but just what was right.

I will end with the story of it's still the buglers fault even if you don't lock the doors at home!
