You will come to learn that many will not ever want to deal with you. Post an ISO, 1/2 people wont bother to message you.  Post something for sale, 1/2 won’t even look at your post. Message someone selling something, 1/2 the people will wait a day or 2  to see if anyone else wants it before they have to deal with you. Just my 2 cents from being around here a little while 😉
