Taps threatened several other scammers and they still came back.  I don't think the scammers are all that worried.

Maybe a good place to start is by emailing Michelle at FB... she seems active on FB, and since he is using her email addy to receive payments (or maybe its her and she didn't cover her tracks too well--she was an Arby's counter worker until recently), she may know who Nick is.  Worth a shot...

I also sent the payment for those LGC 2s to that female named Michelle and it came from Ohio. I believe he said it was his wife. Though yes I did get and yes authentic- there was an excuse for why he didn't respond to me for many days and I was actually never sent a tracking number although he said he would send.

I was pleased with the quality of the cigars so that's why I left positive feedback- though it did leave me scratching my head why he never had a shipping label.

I don't care if you showed up at this guy's front door.  Nothing will happen other than some sort of confrontation.  Police will be as sympathetic to the people who got taken by the last scammer than the guy who reported his weed stolen.

I don't comment much around here, but I've been seeing a ton of people get scammed, and it's worrying.

The on,y real solution (as some have pointed out) is to trade anonymity for co plete divulgence; whether that's though PM, or for all members to see is another topic altogether.

Hopefully this gets cleared up quickly.

First off, as I said before, you should never send F&F. Pay the fees for security. Even if PP doesn't intervene for you, your CC company will.

2. He didn't have to use any software to change the label. You can edit the label after printing and reprint it. It will have the same tracking number. I left off an apt. # on a bomb I sent out and had to correct the label. It's a PITA but doable.

3. Anyone who had a successful trade with this asshole: Did he leave a return address or was it a fake as well?

4. Is the FB chick his sister? Definitely not his wife. She shows she's engaged.

5. Deal in trusted sources like The Gipper or Srsmiscer. Quit trusting noobs who all of a sudden show up with great deals on HTF sticks.

The best way to get this man is to hire a licensed private investigator that has a relationship with the police in the area where this man resides and banks.

He has broke a few Federal laws and has a lot to be worried about.

A PI might not be cheap, but if the taken all chip in it wont be too bad. I think a good PI that works with the police would wrap this up fast. Mail fraud is a serious crime and the Feds will pour on him like maple sugar.
