In early February 2015 I joined the group buy posted here. I purchased two bundles of Behike 54 and one bundle Roibana Robusto Extra.
I paid Dallas upfront in full for both, $560 dollars. He sent me PayPal invoices to pay him.

I sent one email to ask how things were going and heard nothing in return.
A few weeks later I received an email that he had just returned from his trip and his computer crashed, but it was now working again. He wanted to let me know that he had my bundle of Behike however he was shorted on my Robusto extra and could only send me 14, I said that’s not a problem, things happen.
That was 12 days ago.
I then emailed Dallas and asked if he had shipped them yet and his response was that they had all been sent out. When I asked about tracking he said that he had them at home and would get them later because he was driving to get a wheel for his car.
I have formally asked Dallas to refund me my $560 in full. PayPal will prove to be useless so my only option is go through my bank, they will view it as fraud, I have the paypal invoices he sent to me stating it was fora n iphone and samsung phone.

Thoguhts on this?

I just received a tracking number for USPS from Dallas, estimated time of delivery is tomorrow 14 Mar 2015.
I will keep everyone posted on this.

Hey sent you the bundle of behike and 14 out of 24 Fontana robustos and you requested a full refund? I'm not taking sides here but that seems a little unreasonable. I certainly hope Dallas is making a living with these customs! It sure sounds like a full time job to me.

DAFU, I honestly don't remember what your talking about. If I ask for a name or email to track something and see what the problem is, then I need that info to track it. I can't do anything unless I get info. Right now I have this story and your handle here. DAFU. No name pp reference nor email. I'll see what I can find, but if you share some of this info, I'll get it fixed. At least find out what happened. If I have everything as shipped, then I need to check. Something was not found if I asked for that info.  Email me your name and email and ill search. When I get home ( with kids now), ill search threw emails for PMS from your handle.

Dallas has always made right with me. The wait may be a bit long but he's alway come through. You also have to understand, the cigars Dallas has been getting for us aren't something you can just order from any site and have it delivered in couple of days.

I think the key here is to remember w're not talking about regular production stuff. Someone takes orders and then puts boots on the ground to go get them-something I reckon that 90% of you wouldn't be willing to do. I've bought bundles from 2 trips with success (albeit shorted by 5 and he refunded the difference promptly asking to refund or carry over) 

Relax, be patient, and I believe you'll get what you ordered. I've already prepaid for 2 more. :)
