Johnny definitely saved the day.  The importance of the truth about transactions is to save someone else the headache I dealt with.

The main issue of annoyance is the constant "mistakes".  To recap just one element of it:

He said he would ship the same day if I paid "right away" on the 30th
Then I hear nothing for three days when he e-mailed and said he would ship on "Monday" with tracking info
Then he emails on "Tue" and says sorry I didn't make it yesterday it will ship today.
Then I hear nothing back for TWO WEEKS, no responses to e-mails PM's etc when i get an e-mail saying it was a screw up not on his part that his girlfriend forgot to ship it, on the 13th he was going to ship it on the 16th the Monday with tracking info sent after it goes out.
Then I hear nothing until Tuesday the 17th when he e-mailed and said it went out on the Tuesday instead of Monday but didn't send a DC or Tracking number.  Today is the 21 and the average Priority mail shipment is 3 days which would've had it here Friday, excuse me for thinking even if he has 150,000 posts and the Angels of Heaven dance when he posts on a different forum, this whole thing was a mess and i've been MORE than patient as I can assure you many others here would've been blowing up this guys phone already besides sending the 2 polite e-mails I sent.  If you give your word and a "mistake" happens, people understand, if you screw up your word this many times there is simply no excuse.  Still no tracking number as of the 21st, it could show up today or Monday in which case the dropping of the ball on his side isn't a simple mistake, it's a disregard for someone that made an instant payment and held my word.  If it was me, I would've sent the funds back and apologized for the screw up.  I just thank myself that out of all the purchases i've made him I only ran into this kinda of person once, i've had some great purchases here and love it.  I will keep right on buying like normal.[/quote]
Scott, are you going to leave "dread" an honest feedback ?  I know he eventually came through, but it wasn't without drama or alot of following-up on your end and the deal took about 1 month to complete.  I really hope that no one else has to deal with the BS that seller created for you...

Well, it's three days after receipt of package and still no honest feedback.  Guess Mr. Durand is okay with this happening to the next guy.......

If he doesn't leave honest feedback he is setting up everyone else to go through this as well, After this thread and all the help he had, hand holding ect.. Well put it this way any respect I have for him disappears as a man or botl.
