If you get the tracking number and it shows stuck in customs or looks like it arrived in Jamaica NY weeks ago and then never got an update after that, your package is a goner... I just lost another package to them. 2 consecutive confiscations from PE, the one I posted above was a different vendor. I think I'm holding off ordering anything from PE for a bit until things cool down maybe. They are great and made it right but I hate to have them keep losing packages, plus I don't want customs to keep seeing my name lol.

I’ve had a package from Serbia stuck in customs with “held in customs” status for 18 days now.

Thats where mine is stuck since June 1st. A week after it left PE. I'll wait until the fall to reorder with my store credit.
Burns my ass that millions can come into the country illegally costing taxpayers billions but I cant get a box of cigars through customs.

Since Brexit, havent been able to order anything from IHav and COH as they are 100% chance of getting seized.
I'm flying to Boston for a week in 3 weeks time and wondered about putting in an order now to collect when I'm out there.....what are the chances of that working!!??

Seems like it's a mixed bag. Glad you guys are getting your ihav orders through with no issues. I hope it continues, I guess I just ran a string of bad luck. On the flip side been getting tons of FOH stuff arriving but that is going through the west coast and not the east....
I have some SCdH La Punta on the back of the USPS truck arriving at some point today...
Cheers Guys!

Received an email from PE this morning that started out with the following...
"Can't enjoy your favorite Cuban cigars in the USA right now (there are notorious shipping problems to the USA right now...) ?"
Sounds like the customs folks on the east coast have a vendetta going? I haven't been buying for a while now due to high prices but will have to look at sources that ship though the west coast (COH or FOH) if I do need anything.
