How long till being QUIET is an obvious sign of scam?

Gotcha. It was my understanding he had. After rereading, it appears only ONE buyer was notified of a shipment but buyer wasn't sure it was from him.

This may be settled, Dan messaged me a tracking number today, expected Thursday. Will report back on Thursday. He did apologize in the message. IMO he needs to change my feedback, I was very cordial prior to him leaving me poor feedback.
