Been reading content and just want to say this. We can blame USPS etc but if we do not pack these treasures properly or treat each other like rare collectors we are full of BS.

That is all. Next.

Happy New Year Y’all.

CB.
Great coffee, cigars and whiskey. Love them all.

Agreed with it in an earlier post and I'll reiterate it again....
USPS is not going to do anything to resolve this.  Trump has a better chance of being president on Jan 21 2021 than the seller does getting a dime from any insurance claim.

...and he has had a chance, and then some.

He has fucked you, and will not make amends.

NOTHING he can do will ever regain him the trust of the forum.

Time to move on.

MR V RAT

1) You have to take the cigars back, any damage is your fault
2) Why do you need pictures for 3 cigars?
3) Gentlemen do not belittle a small 3 cigar trade, one day he might be buying boxes
4) Gentlemen do not belittle a guy who has been around less than you. Besides your 1st trader comment was in 2019. It's not like you've been around since Danny M
5) You fucked up. The options are the scumbag list or pay out

Class dismissed. John

I very highly doubt that anything will be taken care of so here I am again. Maybe ill get a response and a resolution from this, but I think all I can do is leave some appropriate feedback

Below you will find the first link of the images of the cigars and how I received them.

If you look at our interactions you can make a decision yourself for how he carries himself but I want to also point out this " "shipping coffins, and partial boxes is always a problem" Its not a problem if you pack it well, and make sure there is no empty space for things to shift.

The cigars might have been in perfection condition as he mentioned before he shipped it, but there was literally no cushioning material in packing, and he also knows shipping coffins can be tough.

I decided to share this because again he is no longer responding, and if he really is busy, he still had time to log into online humidor on the 30th

I wouldn't be happy with those cigars either. At this point, however, I wouldn't expect any remuneration from the seller.

You aren't doing the community any favors by not leaving negative trader comments.  I would start an entire new thread in the Trader Comments sub-forum and also leave a comment in his profile reflecting the same.

Others who don't read the BZ threads need to be able to read about your poor experience in easy to find places so they don't make the same mistake by purchasing from VRATJV07.

Really? Wow.

One would think that he would use some of the profits from his inflated prices to supply a little more packaging material to his customers.

Do the cigar community a favour and leave this fucking clown the appropriate feedback.

Might be the only positive thing to come out of this unfortunate situation.
