They show one code per SKU in the list and that is most of the time what you will get.

It doesn't hurt my feelings at all that they are turning down new clients... they have all they can handle with their minimal staff as it is.  Not sure if it will make you feel any better, but I referred a good cigar friend last year (referrals were the only way to get accepted there 10-12 years ago), and they sent him the exact same note... that they were not taking any new clients.

Thanks.  I'm not offended they won't accept new clients, just found it interesting and thought I'd share.

Is Ravi still providing a box code listing?  I've reached out several times and gotten no reply.  He was always really good about providing the listing in the past.
