I am not tied to Nicholas nor any scam going on. I am a solo buyer and collector who joined OLH to purchase cigars. I have same username on FOH and never have cheated anything. All I do is buy cigars and smoke them. I commented not to help out this scammers case but to affirm that in my recent experience I received what I paid him for and he sent to my address. I have pictures and emails from him and exactly what I received in mail. I'm glad to know this now though as I will never buy from again.

I dealt with this guy, after he had a couple feedbacks...I picked up a box of LGC MdO2s and they were like 315 shipped.  I normally don't worry about a box of fresh regular productions being a scam...and everything arrived in a few days and all checked out upon arrival...I left feedback and was happy.

Sorry to all who are involved in this losers scam...and this seems to be a popular scam here where guys sell 5-10 boxes, get feedback and establish credibility, then pull out the big guns and high end stuff, to generate some serious profits in a hurry for sticks that just don't exist.  SAD.

Has anyone done a google search on Esplendidos or CGRs to see if those images he sent out were available online?  I figured the super sleuth Taps would be all over that...

Guys who list these kinds of boxes at their disposal have been in the hobby for a long time. Unless they match up with someone from the likes of CF, CP, or another forum with demonstrated trading history and personal relationships away from a computer, you're pretty much buying a lottery ticket when you send money for cc's.

Notice the trend-it almost always happens for cc's because the scammers know you have far more recourse buying super HTF Fuentes or the like in a criminal/civil case.

I picked up a box of Mdo2s from this guy which arrived without issue and are legit.

Here is the info I have on him...

If you google that, you get a woman who lives in Kentucky (Michelle Ellis), and there is no Nick Ellis related to her (not in her FB friends anyways:  [url=https://www.facebook.com/Chelleskidz6]https://www.facebook.com/Chelleskidz6[/url])...she has 8 kids, but no Nick.  So, that OH address that ois being used (Carlisle, OH) is probably fake... I just checked the shipping label on the box I received and its the same address that CoronaCigars posted...so this thief (he or she?) has been consistent and has been using the same address all along.

Maybe a good place to start is by emailing Michelle at FB... she seems active on FB, and since he is using her email addy to receive payments (or maybe its her and she didn't cover her tracks too well--she was an Arby's counter worker until recently), she may know who Nick is.  Worth a shot...

That FB link I posted is just the first hit I got for that email address...I have no idea if there is any correlation between those 2 people at all.
