Ned, WK I agree with both of you. Viaje and I do not mix.
I tried, errr, forced myself to enjoy an Oro and Platino with negative results. Tats,I've given up on. JMHO

I consider myself a Padron Slut, Illusione whore, Fuente junkie and a Davidoff bitch.Thats where my funds go.  Once again, JMHO.
You Sir, have excellent taste! Any recommendations on a good scotch under $50?

The rest of my stock is rounded out with Fuente (Mostly Opus X), Liga Privada (MMmmm Piggies), Dunhill Signed Range (THESE STICKS ROCK).Few companies make cigars good enough to stock pile (Most of us know who they are), several companies are decent enough to have a few, most companies I wouldn't be paid to smoke.

Smoke what you like, like what you smoke. Some like CAOs, some have taste buds and smoke the good stuff. I've in person seen someone with a 30 cubic foot, filled to the brim with what I consider dog rockets. $5000 humidor, $1000s worth of shit filled it up. :tears:

I am interested in trying some of these sticks. Have you had them pre & post 2007 as I've heard the blend/wrapper changed. According to Dunhill....."The Nicaraguan Dunhill Signed Range cigar combines Nicaraguan and Dominican filler tobaccos with an African Cameroon binder and a Cuban seed Nicaraguan wrapper to produce a balanced blend that is worthy of the prestige of the Dunhill name. Note that the pre-2007 cigars were made with a different blend and wrapper and are more earthy and chocolatey than the current Nicaraguan cigar."

Any info. will be much appreciated....cheers,

Badfish

They are getting harder to find, I've smoked through almost every one of them. If you can find them, try to snag some Robustos (Petite Robusto)

Best cigar size period, and it's the perfect balance of flavors. I've had all the vitolas, and if I had the choice, I stock pile every single on I could find!

Top Quality Cigars. $200 per box of 25. Just ordered :)

I didn't know anything the change, but I didn't start smoking until after 2007, and I didn't have my first Signed Range until 2009, not that it couldn't have been a pre-2007, but I've bought many of these boxes, they all freaking rock! If you want to go super special, they had a 100 anniversary version of the Dunhill Signed Range in 2008. Only 20,000 cigars made, these things are awesome. They are a little steep in price at $20 a piece, but I've burned through 7 out of 8 from the box. Smoothest you'll find for under $50 in my opinion, but what do I know, I'm just a chef, not a scotch aficionado.
