Here's the thing though. My USPS Informed Delivery notified me of a package en route to my house and I'm not expecting any other packages right now. We will find out tomorrow when I take delivery. At this point I'm more upset about being ghosted and made to believe I'm getting scammed and on top of that the asshole thinks he has the right to leave me (multiple) bad feedbacks on my profile. Fuck this guy.

Dan mentioned that he WILL reward his positive supporter(s) with "Fire bodyguards"... meaning he didn't pack them yet. I know I am not on that supporter list as he clearly mentioned it LOL. I could care less to be honest. Send it or refund it!!! Simple.

Or use a credit card to fund the PP F&F... CC's offer protection apparently and that info came from PP.

Thank you, the only logic I've heard out of this whole BZ. I remember stating that I had some vet bills I needed covered. I'm not here to rip people off. IDK how long you have been with OLH or SNS but ask around before you throw out some BS. Check your self b4 yo wreck yourself. most of the people who purchased from me have been very patient. And one has not. Needless to say I hav had some stuff going on and packing up cigars has been the last thing on my mind to be honest. My BF died and all I hear is whining that they don't have their smokes yet. Look at my compliments on my profile. Do you you think I received all that I purchased within a week or 2. NO. BECAUSE I HAVE PATIENTS AND YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT SOMEONE IS GOING THROUGH AT THE MOMENT.

MY TRADES ALLONE HAVE BEEN BEYOND HOOKED UP. AND THIS IS THE 1ST TIME I ATTEMPT TO SELL SOMETHING.
FOR ALL THE POSITIVE SUPPORTERS I WILL MKE SURE THERE ARE SOME FIRE BODYGUARDS. AND PLEASE POST THEM. IF YOU WANT, I JUST WANT THE MR.BZ SEE WHAT HE MISSED OUT ON. THANK YOU

I'm just going to toss this opinion out there.

'My BF passed,' 'my mother died,' 'my wife was hit by a bus,' what ever the reason, it is no excuse to go incommunicado with folks that immediately sent you money on items you listed for sale. I am truly sorry you lost someone close to you but your buyers did not know that, cannot possibly read your mind, nor even make an educated guess as to what happened. It is obvious from your post that you fully intended to make THEM feel bad for posting here while you played the victim. You are not the victim. In this scenario, they are. Money was sent and transaction was inexplicably delayed. All could have been cleared up in a matter of a minute of your time and this festering thread would not have been even posted much less left here for over a week to rot in public.

I am glad you've contacted both buyers and have seemed to arrange to ship items. But please understand THEIR point of view since you expect their complete understanding of yours. How could they even know about any of this UNLESS YOU TELL THEM?

I understand friends and family come first but you cannot expect there not to be some kind of fallout by just not communicating with these guys. You say packing up these cigars were the last thing on your mind during this time. Expecting someone to understand what they do not know? Your obligations do not go away just because life deals you a blow. Did you decide to just not pay any of your bills during this time?

There are 3-4 buyers at least... he did not reach out to me in 10 days and I spent most $$$. So, 10 days now, not a message nothing to me as the Author of this post.

Remember: if you sent funds electronically per his instructions (pp, Venmo, Zelle, etc), and he does not deliver, it's wire fraud.  If you file a complaint with your local police, they will investigate and may file criminal charges.  The law doesn't care whether you used PP or not, whether it involved tobacco, etc.  I've seen people on here move shady sellers to action by going this route.

Just from the response, I'd say the intent was to scam.  Caveat emptor and for god's sakes - quit using friends and family!  Pay the extra 3.x% and send goods and services so that you have recourse.
