It is, but not in such a way that I end up out of hand for both the cigars and the cash given what I read as intent to further defraud. It seems that Leo is not willing to compromise and work with a trusted third party, which is not unexpected.

As I read it, being caught out in a lie (which you'll note he hasn't responded to) positioned to make [b]me[/b] out as the person who swapped these cigars out, he decided to shut this down as I wasn't taking the bait to be on the hook for the money and the cigars.

Dude, you've been here for less than a month.  Leo's been here and elsewhere for a while.

And who said - definitively - that the cigars were swapped out?  I'm guessing you don't know Oz, either.

I bought two PGRs from a LCDH that may or may not start with a K.  They had the very poorly applied bands with visible glue on them similar to the pictures.  I also purchased a box from the same place these are said to have come from although I never even looked at the bands that closely. 

I don't really care what happens here only that it should be noted that I've seen similar issues on this exact cigar from a completely different vendor.

No one did. My claim was that it [i]looks[/i] to me like they've been swapped, and I know it wasn't by me. My concern, validated by the spurious claims above, is that the counteraccusation would be that I'd done it. That's all.

Thanks for the offer. Leo, you up for this?

Problem is that I smoked one last night after being tired of the back and forth. Happy to either replace the smoked one with a known good or take a proportionally reduced refund.
