Which begs the question...why not just sell these to the fanatics on BOTL?  Hell...if you would have grabbed a sharpie and scribbled PJ on the boxes you could have gouged for another couple of hundo...

Whoa there!!! I am a BOTL and some of the cheapest aged opus x I have bought has been thru BOTL's never have got the gouge yet. Come on Clint-stop the BS.

I would never slam BOTL....Love that site.

My point was that you pay premium prices for HTF sticks, as evident by the auction portion on BOTL.

I do understand the point that the Rosados are too high....My bad.

Apparently there is no way to edit/modify a post(?) If there is, it is not done as the "instructions" indicate.

Until I can modify, consider the Rosados off the table.

I think Wade's thoughts on this are clear.  I don't know why we have to have so many threads about it.

Because BOTL does not allow for profit sales

LOL.  This is so fun to watch.
Try and sell whatever you want for whatever price you want. However, you should not assume that everyone subscribes to your line of thinking. That is where you fail here Clint and no amount of you trying to draw illogical comparisons or defending your position is going to change the opposing sides position. And unlike other boards, this is exactly the purpose of the BattleZone, where you will get called out.   Most are in this hobby for the cigars and the brotherhood. Others are in it to try and turn a quick buck.  You've proven time and time again which side you have chosen and that's fine. But don't expect a welcome mat.

Amen! Well said Mikey!   Make your money if you want and I hope you get it Clunt...but the money will cost ya respect. You will have to deal with that. A lot of people wanted these cigars to actually smoke them. But hey...you are right and have your points...enjoy the loot brother...but accept what is being said and "move along".

Because this is the battle zone where gougers are called out and held accountable for their actions.

Wow, how generous of you, taking the Rosados off the table. Still a couple hundred overpriced for the Reservas. But, that's just my opinion.

How limited is a limited release when the maker has a new one every two months? At least HSA makes up a BS story about a magic blessed leaf or does it for an anniversary...

Clint
Most auctions on BOTL that have gone way over MSRP have been fundraisers for the site or a brother in need. You should not use those prices as a basis to justify your markup.
