I had nothing to say because what i had to say wasn't nice and I thought for a second there was a chance of me getting my money back. I'm done with the back and forth I will forward all correspondence to the powers that be and they will decide weather or not you belong on the list. The money is not important what's important is everyone knowing what type of a trader you are.

I did my part and offered him half the money back AND cigars for the trouble, but he wasn't having it. So, whose fault is that? Not mine, and that's what I believe to be fair, is it not? I didn't have to make that offer at al, but I did. So if I a scum bag, so be it.

To be honest with you, I'm not that worried about it because I know I tried making it right.

You know in your own head I tried making this square, so for you to lash out on me, is hilarious.  You think this thread was going to scare me into getting your way, really? HA

Yeah, before I had a chance to respond, don't pat yourself on the back too fast now.

FWIW even after your response I don't agree with you.  You owe a full refund.  It sucks but ya gotta suck it up and give the man his money back.

P.S. The mistake you made, as questioned one page back, was putting incorrect addresses for his address and your's for godsake.  How do you not see that its your fault NOT the post office.  Stop shifting blame.

O.K. I've read this whole thread and I gotta say that cigarkid you're in the wrong here...  You should have insured and you should have written the address wrong and taken better measures in getting this to Brooklyn.  You didn't do it correctly and this was stated by you and therefore you are responsible and you should refund his money on your error.  Yes you are out $320 but you still have your reputation as a BOTL that does the right thing.

I should have insured it, but that's not a rule on here, more of a common sense type thing. So, that shouldn't be held against me, IMO. Have I learned from the mistake, yes.

I've yet to state I wrote it wrong, that's what the PO is telling us. How do we know the label didn't get smudged or damaged? It's not good to just assume things. I mean it was in transition for two months at least, not 3-4 days like most boxes.

I'd have to be pretty damn dumb to make such a mistake. How does someone write their OWN address wrong! I'm not dyslexic! And for you guys to believe I actually made such a mistake is insulting!
