Gave you plenty of opportunities to respond before I opted to post here, a question to the general public. Asking where my stuff is apparently is considered BS?

So you needed money to pay vet bills, people payed you immediately, and packing up cigars to hold up your end of of deal is the least of your worries? Take your crying somewhere else. This is the real world.

If there's any lesson here and something I have always thought...and I know I'm gonna shit on for this, don't buy from the people who show desperation for needing the money. Cause once they get it, that's their excuse when they take their time to hold up their end of the deal.

Do you have a brain in your head or is it just mush? Literally every person on this thread including multiple long standing members all agree that you did this transaction poorly. Fucking own it, it's no one else's fault. It is yours and yours alone. No one here was telling you that you NEED to ship the cigars right away (although that IS what's normal here), we want communication. If you can't ship right away you need to make it known, and you did not. To this day I still do not have a tracking number from you.

It's simple. He needed quick money. He admitted that shipping your cigars was his last priority.

Remember: if you sent funds electronically per his instructions (pp, Venmo, Zelle, etc), and he does not deliver, it's wire fraud.  If you file a complaint with your local police, they will investigate and may file criminal charges.  The law doesn't care whether you used PP or not, whether it involved tobacco, etc.  I've seen people on here move shady sellers to action by going this route.

Just from the response, I'd say the intent was to scam.  Caveat emptor and for god's sakes - quit using friends and family!  Pay the extra 3.x% and send goods and services so that you have recourse.
