...ask around before you throw out some BS. And one has not. Needless to say I hav had some stuff going on and packing up cigars has been the last thing on my mind to be honest.
I JUST WANT THE MR.BZ SEE WHAT HE MISSED OUT [/quote]
Gave you plenty of opportunities to respond before I opted to post here, a question to the general public. Asking where my stuff is apparently is considered BS?
How long till being QUIET is an obvious sign of scam?

So you needed money to pay vet bills, people payed you immediately, and packing up cigars to hold up your end of of deal is the least of your worries? Take your crying somewhere else. This is the real world.

If there's any lesson here and something I have always thought...and I know I'm gonna shit on for this, don't buy from the people who show desperation for needing the money. Cause once they get it, that's their excuse when they take their time to hold up their end of the deal.

Sorry for your loss.
It’s 2021. It’s a new era and has been for over 10 years now.
We all can take a moment in the midst of chaos, by day 3-4, to send a message. It is the standard, it is the expectation and it is reasonable.

Be sure and make deposits in all areas of your life, because at some point you will need to make a withdraw. No deposits are more important than those made in relationships.

Look at my profile/feedback to see this guy's maturity level. I've been cordial this whole time. That ends today. @Dan Suck my dick, take a look inward before you start deflecting your fucking miscues onto other people. Crazy part is I'm probably younger than you and obviously have a better understanding of good business and overall maturity than you, pathetic honestly. You left multiple people out in the wind and your crying like a fucking baby over the fact that we're here trying to figure out if we've been scammed or not. Grow the fuck up you child, do better.

Do you have a brain in your head or is it just mush? Literally every person on this thread including multiple long standing members all agree that you did this transaction poorly. Fucking own it, it's no one else's fault. It is yours and yours alone. No one here was telling you that you NEED to ship the cigars right away (although that IS what's normal here), we want communication. If you can't ship right away you need to make it known, and you did not. To this day I still do not have a tracking number from you.

Let me ask you this Dan, has ANYONE involved in this purchase been sent tracking info for their cigars?

Tracking? What's that LOL. Wonder which buyer besides us two is getting the extra FIRE sticks? How can anyone be A POSITIVE SUPPORTER of how this deal has been carried out? Writing here is just a waist of time and energy...

It's simple. He needed quick money. He admitted that shipping your cigars was his last priority.

Remember: if you sent funds electronically per his instructions (pp, Venmo, Zelle, etc), and he does not deliver, it's wire fraud. If you file a complaint with your local police, they will investigate and may file criminal charges. The law doesn't care whether you used PP or not, whether it involved tobacco, etc. I've seen people on here move shady sellers to action by going this route.
Just from the response, I'd say the intent was to scam. Caveat emptor and for god's sakes - quit using friends and family! Pay the extra 3.x% and send goods and services so that you have recourse.
