Without a shadow of a doubt!  USPS is NOT going to do anything but allow this to get pushed out further.  
Even with all the "positive" the sellers rep is now tarnished but he obviously doesn't care.
The only solution to save face would have been send me the cigars back and refund the money.
The seller talks about it only being 3 cigars like he's being bothered by this situation.
Give the man his money back and suck up the loss.  I'm sure you can inflate one of your other boxes or cabs to make up your attempt to push off your crappy dried out cigars.

Usps aint gonna do anything. Refund him and wash your hands of it. Busy aint no excuse man. Cmon

Proving that the USPS damaged these cigars is an effort in futility...plus you cannot get blood out of a rock.  I have been down the road with USPS on a couple claims before, where the box was severely damaged or close to destroyed, and they still took months to pay and the process was borderline nightmarish.  They will want actual proof of value, and a receipt will be required and they will want the package and contents.  You are looking at a 2-3 month provess and the end trduly may be a check for $0.00.  Good luck!

Yes I actually do and sent them to him. Two of them have visible cracks and one is fine physically.

Just wanna give him a chance to make it right without any other influence.

At this time he wants to at least try to make the claim.

I purchased a box of Behikes on here and they arrived w/ cracked feet. Needless to say I wasn't a happy camper. They box did not have any protection around the feet, which is a must with these boxes as they have alot of airspace at the bottom. The seller immediately admitted fault and refunded a portion of the purchase price and also sent me a few htf sticks free of charge. The cigars were still smokeable and I repaired the wrappers with some cigar glue. They smoke and look almost perfect now, but this is how you solve issues like this. It's not that difficult...

That would have been nice and that’s a good experience. The cracks are not on the feet. One is from the band down to the foot mostly
Being wrapper, the other is on the back middle of the cigar and is for sure wrapper and binder that’s cracked. He also suggested I try a cigar glue as well. But I’ll see where it takes me

Yea, I mean if they're in that bad of shape then there isn't much hope for them to be "fixed" but the point I was making is that it's not hard to make things right. So folks just seem to wanna take the long road...
