Glad you got your stuff Cigsid, but that's ridiculous to have to wait that long.  I think we're all hesitant to post anything other than glowing reviews on here,  because we're such a nice bunch😁 but if it takes someone several weeks to ship a pkg after already paying, then everyone has a right to know for the greater good of the community.

I won't buy anything from someone here if there are any indications of prior issues with a bad deal or unexpected delays etc...there is way too much history of people getting fucked here.

Well his feedback at the time of incident only had one blemish, and that was not a complete red flag.

True.  But from here on out, I'd imagine he's done-fer for most potential buyers.  Except for the types listed above.

I thought 1 or a couple people were made whole here....

Mental note taken outside of the feedback... I will never deal with Marty again.  Not sure what is going on in his world, but I hope he gets help.

I never heard from marty here or through Facebook.
PayPal doesn’t let you dispute friends and family payments.
My PayPal is funded by my bank through an ACH charge.
I went to my bank and explained to them what was going on and filed a statement on their form that says the charge was a fraudulent charge. This applies to purchases where you never get what you bought and/or never hear from the other party. My bank cancelled the ACH. PayPal sent me an email saying the bank cancelled the payment and I assume they go back to the person they sent the money to and charge it back, I have no idea.
Either way I was able to get my money back.
This is the second time I went through this process working with my bank. Both times it was trying to buy cigars here. All my other transactions here I have not had a problem. These bad experiences definitely are the exception and not the rule around here. I am grateful to have this place. Thank you Wade.
