They kicker me off the page for saying they should mind their business when it comes to private sales. Trying to tell people not to pm a guy who was selling a massive collection. Habana hideaway is run by aiders and abetters.
I believe they're in cahoots.

Most likely. From what I’ve heard the group in question had previously done group buys of ‘custom rolls’ that were from the same vendor in question. Whole thing reeks of a scam.

You know someone is guilty when you challenge them and the start acting all crazy. This Geoff guy over there freaks when you mention them being involved. This leads me to believe you're 100% correct.

...if that is your stance, you may as well join the asshat club and donate funds to keep your boy Denis, protected. Anyone selling authentic Cuban articles, like cigars or rum, needs to do their due diligence to make sure they're authentic, or refund people's money, no questions asked. He apparently did not or is not doing either.

Lol, chill out there big guy. I don't know Denis. I've made 2 or 3 sales to him in the last few years, and I have only seen his interactions in the few fb groups I was in. I don't even follow those groups on fb anymore as I've been out of the game for almost a year. I didn't even care to read far enough into those cluster f*cks to know what happened to him or to refunds or whatever. I actually assumed he refunded everyone with all the donations he got.

I just saw it, saw the photos of the bhk's, then came over here to see what people were saying. What due diligence should he have done? Those boxes would have fooled 99% of us. They only figured it out because of the repeating barcodes.

Obviously, I don't agree with how the admins are handling it, which is why I said he would have normally been crucified.

Well, if they are good fakes, which I believe is the case here... he owes people a bunch of refunds.  Finding out they are fake after the fact still doesn't get him off the hook.  He agreed to be the broker/middle man, and now he should be made to repair the damage. It sounds like people are giving him a pass because they are good fakes??  Really, that wouldn't fly here or at many other cigar sites....

It's all a big sham. Another person he is connected with that is now being looked into is Bejamin Lero. Turns out he had a lot of the same exact stuff and is attached to Denis' hip. After everything went down...Ben and the other admin that stood up for Denis stepped down from their admin positions and went MIA

This needs to be made a sticky.... if no refunds are given, the recipients of those cigars will surely try to sell them off somewhere.  Buyer beware, especially when it comes to BHKs.  Thankfully, the last time I bought any was 2010.

The for sure confirmed fakes are Behikes, LGC Caribe, Denis' "CX Custom Rolls" which stands for his group Cigar Exchange Custom Rolls. He was also selling Magnum 54's, PSD4, and Siglo 4.

I never said he should be off the hook and I never said people shouldn't be refunded, if that's what you're implying about me.

It sounded like you were siding or at the very least sympathyzing with him (in your first post).  You never stated anything about refunds.  My statement about refunding people is what needs to be done to rectify this problem.  It doesn't sound like that is going to happen though.
