I usually keep my 2 cents to myself here but I just have to comment.

If I had screwed up shipping, I would have refunded the cost of shipping plus interest AND sent a care package as apology to both parties. But that's just me.

Nearly 5000PM's. I've never had one from the web, not arrive(that I am aware of), from Tapatalk....all day every day.

One thing that I see happen over and over on these boards is the nice guys get walked all over by the douchebags.  You were not the one in 5000 chance, Hollywood is lying.  He got your PM.  He knows you have no record of the sent PM, so he vehemently denies it in his temper-tantrum way.
