Seems to still mean a bit on CF, just not OLH.

Although, I have bought from Kona before. I referenced the scumbag list, knew he was extremely tardy on a trade and eventually made right, and took my chances. And my purchase went without a hitch.

I don't feel like you putting Roy in the same category as the thieves and scammers is warranted, IMO. Not saying he should be taken off the list... just saying.
