The first true premium cigar I ever smoked was a Opus X lancero from that 2005 Fuente box (the one with the booklet and music CD). I couldn't believe how good that cigar was :). Haven't had a great Opus since...still chasing that dragon.

The absolute best cigar that I've ever smoked was a Diplomaticos #6. I'm not sure of the age, but it was sent as a "tag along" with a few other smokes. I've never seen one since :-\
Second best smoke I've ever had was an aged Davidoff anniversario #3. I'm not sure exactly how old it was (I'm guessing 5-7 years old), but it was absolutely heavenly.
Third place goes to an Opus X Robo from 2000
The worst part about smoking these "best cigars": I've only had one of each (again they were all "tag alongs")

There is a famous quote, which says: "The best cigar you will ever smoke, might be the next one you try...", but there are cigars that are simply memorable. I smoked a Dominican cigar back in 1996, which I never forget the experience. I can still taste it, but unfortunately it's been so long, and I don't quite remember its name. It was made by this company that also made the Cacique cigars. When I find out, I'll post it. Other than that, a few super-cigars that have really made a memorable impression on me have been:
SCDH O'Reilly, Partagas Sobresaliente, Partagas XV Churchill, and Bolivar Grand Pyramid.

Eh the Tat frank was an experience, good but not the best for me
I'd say
My first PSD4
My first CoRo
My first Viaje Exclusivo
My first Viaje Holiday Blend
Those are definitely some of the best smokes I've had. For comparison the worst smokes
LFD Air Bender 60x6
Tat Drac (BOOOORRRIINNGGG)
Anything CAO
Tat Red Tubo (tasteless)
5 Vegas Classic (tasteless)
Macundo 1999 Vintage Maduro (I found a half a tree in this POS)

One of the best smokes I have had lately, has been the Trinidad Canonazo 40th Anniversary of Trinidad. It's the best Trinidad I have literally had in a very long time. Just like how SCDH O'Reilly changed the way you think about SCDHs, how Cadillac changed the way you think about American cars, this Canonazo will change the way you have been thinking about the recent Trinidads... It's a rich, creamy, slightly spicy, burning the nose in a very interesting way (strong but subtle and elegant), amazing aroma and complexity. Lots of cinnamon and nutmeg along with hints of leather at the beginning which fades away after the first inch and a half... it was a memorable smoke for sure, and it literally makes your mouth water...
