I don't understand. The kid acknowledged guilt by agreeing to send payments totaling $320. Paulie, you have a written correspondence and even receipt of one payment, and another payment-in-kind in the form of cigars. Is that not contractually binding and enforceable in this situation of nonfulfillment? Why can't you file small claims court? Id also call his mother and tell her how shitty her kid is too. Wow..... You guys get dumber everyday on this site. Good luck with that motherfucker! It's all good because I have all of his threatening PM's as well, including multiple of where's he's going to send guys from NY after me, HAHA! sureeeeeeee buddy, would love to see that happen.

Obviously I was doing the right thing... Ok, we know I sent him money and cigars and get discredited for it, but put yourself in my position.. I've never seen anyone act that nuts over such a small amount of money, regardless of principle the way he was talking to me through Pm and on the PHONE, which no one obviously heard except brooklyn, you all are out of your minds if you think I wanted to make good after seeing multiple(Not just one) physical and verbal threats against me, you all are obviously are as dumb as I already figured you all to be. And yes, this was before, during and after I sent him money and cigars. Threats of my life, coming to break my knee caps, sending people to come rob me... all of this BS, if that's how you guys think is the smart way to handle business, not about to get strong armed by some douche bag from NY, doesn't even attempt to scare a hair on my head, only pussies would do that across state...

As far as I am concerned this is a dead issue.

Even if he did threaten you, where i'm from you keep your side of the street clean regardless of what the other guy does.  In other words, it's not a valid excuse for not paying your debt.  Chicago. ....want an example of our used to be nation.
