I actually like the royal oak store better. Smaller, quieter, and has that fancy little locked limited room which is actually humidified better imo.

The SH place, five miles from me, is typically too busy to enjoy a great cigar since you're really smoking everybody elses. I miss the pre bar days there(non drinker talking lol)
Cheers

Yes yes yes yes. Bar ruined it. Funny you say that, I like the troy location for the same reasons you stated. Quiet and less hustle and bustle.

We should have a olh herf.

I'd love an olh herf. Secreto just opened up in ferndale and has a 5 dollar cut fee and a bar.  It's a pretty nice place. The cigar selection is not that great though.

I'd definitely be game for one. I need to check out Secreto, Ferndale is closer to me.

I'm busy this upcoming weekend (Dec. 13 - 14), but if anyone else is free the following weekend (Dec. 20 - 21), I could definitely herf then.

I haven't been to Secreto, but I'd be interested to check it out! Sorry for the newbie question, but is the cut fee usually per cigar or per visit?

I've herfed at both Churchill's locations too, and they don't have a cut fee. We just each bought a couple cigars and they let us smoke our own stuff. I think they have a pretty decent selection.

I've never been, but I'll be visiting my parents in Grand Rapids over the holidays, so maybe we could work something out?

Smokes on burdicks to far for most of the group.

No cut fee if cigars are purchased.

Depending on weather let's shoot for the Saturday the 20th say 1pm ish.

I'll definitely try and make it down there. I'm usually between Lansing and Detroit on the weekends.
