Kind of you to say so sir. I'm more of a lurker here, mostly peek in to pick up the occasional new thing.

He'd be here more if someone were selling master cases of late 80s/early 90s cohibas

He owns them all. Only ones that fell through the cracks will show up. And it is laughable to discuss the price of vintage cigars here.

I know that I thought that was funny. 5-post newbie says 2-post newbie is far from a newb.

Yeah, yeah, yeah..... you probably both went to school with Fidel and have been smoking cigars longer than I've been alive..... but I still thought it was funny.

Says the 122 post noob..  LOL  :bangin:

I just love it when clueless people pretend they have a clue about stuff they clearly have no clue about.

Man, I have smoked so many Partagas Lusitanias from late 80's to today.  I should have save them and could have retired. 3k for a cab of 50 or 5 for 300?? What was I thinking?? and to think they are still produced today.  No need for stocks, Buy cabs of 50 for 528.00 and in nineteen years get a ROI that is out of this world....

Since they are produced today, far too easy to bait and switch. Unless your name is Min. You will have a hard time telling the differece between 19 years and +5.

Ok, this is comming from a guy who has to sell cigars to support his habit. Funny, how all the selling rejects support one another. You are going to have to sell a lot of boxes to get those 90's. Partgas.

Back under the rock troll guy. Then again, maybe being married to your sister does constitute the ultimate "family guy".

BTW I have a bunch of early '90s partagas (see how you spell it TG) so I really don't have to sell anything do I?

Sure ya do. :bla:.. Don't spend that 50 you made on the CUABA DIVINOS  all in once place. Since, your BF took down that useless sale off the board. This thread is now pointless.  Keep up the good work with the CUABA's. One day you will make it to the major leauges.

Wow.  Just wow.

Firstly I can vouch for Mikes collection.  I've bought quality stuff private sale from him, not the dancing banana bullshit that trades hands a lot of times here. He actually does have 90s Party's. And he might be smart enough to know that 90s blended partys are a different taste than today, not because the are 20 years old but because the blend is actually different.

Secondly how can you ask a question this dumb and get offended when people who know try to gently correct you. Some people say they are no dumb questions but a question that can be paraphrased as either:

A. Why is twenty year old collectable shit more expensive than new collectable shit?

Or

B. Why is something I can't find one single other source for, and is thus unique, expensive?

Well those questions are first ballot Dumb Ass Question Hall of Fame level stupid and that's exactly what you asked. But what really takes the cake is classy and witty retorts like "One day you'll make the majors." cause damn that's the best you got?  You gonna trot out that old chestnut that your name is rubber and mine is glue next?
