He didn't exactly dupe anyone. In fact, the person that got the cigars got a better deal than they could have otherwise.

If, that is, the buyer is ultimately satisfied. Seems a bit more patient as a seller, so far, than knliebe was. Signs up, makes 2 sales, ISO BBMF and gets an offer......will be interesting to watch.

That is true. I don't really care that he sold a free box of cigars he got "free" because the person who he was selling them to was in no position to get them at the price he was offering. I care that he was annoying as all hell and bumped his threads like 15 times an hour. If he doesn't do that he is fine by me.

I think he has showed back up as kwiebe...not here but at the fish site.

So "timewilltell" just gouged the crap out of someone on a bundle of Viaje White Label Project.  Now, I know that these were only 50 bundles released, but as I believe it is the same guy as "knliebe".....he just charged twice of what he paid!!!

Both accts were tied to the same IP.  I just perma banned his IP.  

I want to be clear here, I did not ban him for what he sold or how much he sold it for, I banned him for registering multiple accts [b]and[/b] using them to be deceptive and misleading.

That doesn't mean he won't come back, there are plenty of ways around a ban, but he'll have to work at it.

Thanks for doing this Wade!  This same guy has shown on other forums that he will try to rejoin with different usernames.  Let's hope he doesn't.

I know you didn't ban him for how bad he was gouging, but it is still great to see that he is gone.  I know everyone is free to sell here for the price that they want, but it is ridiculous to see a 100% markup like this on a new (albeit, limited run....for now) cigar.  Just my own opinion there.

Just a thought. If someone actually paid him $400 for those and didn't get to finish the sale they are going to be pretty SOL when it comes to collecting the cigars if Kyle can't get ahold of him.

How do you pay someone $400 without either party knowing how to contact the other?  Even with Paypal the buyer has his email address.
