Argumentum ad hominem.

You are attacking the motivation and character of people with whom differ politically. See racism, misogyny, etc..

Your argument is a sophism.

Except they voted for a man with a history of racism and molestation. If they are not comfortable with that then they should reconsider their decision, but don’t act like I’m trying to deceive anyone just because their choices have framed them in a light that they did not intend.

A vote for Trump means they were happier voting for a misogynist than for a Democrat, an independent, or just writing in a vote. Sorry if this displeases you, but that makes you a misogynist if that was your choice. Trump supporters could have voted for a number of other people instead of someone accused of molestation by more than a dozen people. They didn’t though...

By the same application of reason, a vote for Trump means you’re happier voting for a fiscally irresponsible person who has gone bankrupt dozens of times than you are voting for someone else, regardless of the alternative candidate’s chance of winning. Sorry if this displeases you, but that’s irresponsible...

This isn’t deception, what it is, is an uncomfortable reality for Trump voters to accept. None of this means I am deceiving people.

because people like you never bother having civil conversations about politics with people you disagree with?

There are no civil conversations when names are called. You clearly have a hatred for Trump, good for you. I for one don't care who is president as long as they do a good job. Their success and failures impact ALL of us. Election was over 2 years ago and clearly you are not over it. if you don't like what the man has done for this country, then work on impeaching the man instead of standing on a soap box. Both Hilary and Trump were crap, but those were the choices a darn Squirrel and a Monkey.

I personally didn't care for either one, but in my mind Trump was the lesser of the 2 evils. The reason this country's political system keeps failing is that we keep voting the same way, we keep voting for politicians. This system will continue to be corrupted as long we let media control what we hear and let them shape our thoughts and political donation continue to go unchecked by corporation and wealthy invested individuals. So you can gripe all you want, talk crap about people who voted the way you didn't like, but in the end of the day, your voice doesn't matter, my voice doesn't matter, only the media's and politicians pockets.

A perfect example of argumentum ad hominem.

Sorry, but repeated personal attacks to the character of those who disagree with you means that you automatically loose the argument.

Next time, try to make a valid argument. Until you do, you loose.

The really sad thing is that I fear that you might actually believe what you say here. That makes you a double looser.

15 posts on this board, zero cigar related,  just registered.

The 1 sentence written even remotely cigar related makes it sound like he doesn’t have a clue about cigars.  An argument to be made on each & every reply..... starting to sound like a paid shill 😉

LOL Actually not “attacking” anyone, FYI. Just stating an opinion (based on reasoning) related to the original post regarding why the media continues to portray Trump supporters as racists and misogynists. Those voters could have chosen to vote for anyone else, but they voted for a guy who admits to having grabbed women by the pussy as a form of a greeting. What else would you call that if not a misogynistic act?

I don’t think you should be posting some of that info. In public....
It's one thing to be stupid, it's dangerous for a stupid person to think he's smart

There is such a thing as a "special kind of stupid"

If the admin wants me to take it down I will be glad to, but all it shows is that I’m actually using the board for something other than voicing my political opinion. It disproves the quoted person’s faulty perspective of me. I doubt he will be honorable enough to apologize...
