They will suspend your account for a minimum of six months if you are buying/selling tobacco products.  Once they start their investigation they will soon see that several people sent this guy the same amount of $$ on the same day.....all accounts would likely be suspended.  Additionally, even they can't force someone to refund a gift.   That said, they would probably close his account for good.  However, not worth the trouble, at least not for me.  I will eat it, but will be very careful using F&F going forward.   When I got no response on OLH, I emailed him using his email on file and immediately got an answer.  Obviously, the Ass Hat hacked his email as well.   This could fall under mail fraud as well, he did create and pay for a label for the purpose of fraud.  USPS has to have some information, including how he paid for the label.

SmokinCeeGars has great feedback; however,  I would be curious in what state he resides.

It's a different email listed on his account now from prior sales...  If someone hacked his OLH account, he simply changed the email associated to OLH.

I don't recall approving a change to his email acct, but it doesn't mean I didn't do it, it just means I don't remember, and the site doesn't keep records of those changes.  


In order to change your email I have to approve it.  Right now I'm pretty acutely aware of that, but in the past it wasn't much of a big deal.

I think every one of his posts starting on July 20th is fraudulent.  The last post that looks correct was on June 18th, that corresponds pretty closely to when I did a massive approval of new accounts on June 25th.  On July 20th there starts a string of new posts, all from Tapatalk and all with pictures.  I think that is the beginning of the scam.

Well I could be wrong that the OLH email has changed.  But someone that just got scammed showed me the email Paulie was using last month which was a Yahoo email.  The one listed now on his OLH account is different, and looks like his name is misspelled on the email.  The yahoo email used in June shows his name as "Rusche", the OLH email shown now is "ruschie"...    [email protected].

I'm not sure either way, just pointing out the differences.

I agree. Love him or hate him for his anger issues and petulant attitude, when a scammer ran through here, Taps was there with all sorts of info the most of us have no access to without spending a chunk of money.

Got taken as well...SOB Scary thing is my bank acct which is tied to my debit was hit the next day. Charges from LinkedIn. I find it a little too much of a coincidence. PayPal was [email protected].

Smokinceegars is Paulie Rusche (can't remember how to spell his last name) and its been a couple years since I have bought anything from him, but I don't think he lives in NY, or near Buffalo.  At least thats what I remember from a couple years back...he is a member at CF, and a few other private cigar forums... has anyone let him know about what's going on over here with his account?

FWIW:  I emailed Paulie tonight to inform him of the goings on over here, and that someone hacked his account and was using it to move some expensive boxes.  He is probably not aware bc he isn't very active here, unless someone else contacted him before I did.
