I agree with you that PE had a mold issue about a year ago. They have rectified the situation. I am sure you got credited for the box. In my experience with the PE mold issue, 99% of the time it wiped right off and the cigars were fine. On he rare occasion it got into the feet the cigars needed to be tossed.

My issue was not the mold - shit happens and most of the time it's minor. My issue was that they tried to convince me that the green mold on the feet of the cigars was "plume" - after I sent detailed pictures. Yes, I got refunded the price of the cigars - only after I sent the box back on my own dime. That is BS. It was a couple of years ago but interesting to hear that it seems to have happened again a year ago, based on what you said.
No big deal, there are plenty of other vendors that I will happily give my business to, but I just have to tell my side of the story when I hear these glowing reviews of PE.
