Dude I admitted the second I screwed up it was my fault, and facilitated the exchange between you and the other member, which sent you your share in 2 days and it took you almost 2 weeks to send to him. You said nothing about a refund if you needed the 5.25 back I would have taken care of it

It doesn't matter if he contacted you via PM.  You just admitted that you never proactively offered to pay for your mess up.  Who the heck would mess up shipping stuff, ask the recipients to ship to the correct people, and not offer to pay for it??  He shouldn't have had to ask you to refund the added shipping.  That, shows your character and is all we need to know.

Read what I said, you're a fucking douchebag for not offering one.  Why the hell would he have to ask for one?  You're a scumbag for messing up a sale/delivery and then not offering to cover the costs of them reshipping to fix your screw up.
